IQF Cooked Salmon Cubes is tailor made to meet the customer’s requirements. Product stays nicely soft. The cubes are then Individually Quick Frozen to offer a stable and reliable quality.

Product details:
- Appearance: regular cubes, light pink colour, no brown flesh
- Taste: typical of cooked salmon
- Texture (thawed): tender fish meat
- Cube dimension: All between 6 x 6 x 6 mm and 20 x 20 x 15 mm
- Available in either Food Service or Industrial pack size
